The restrictions for objective placement are defined in the rulebook actually.

HOw is objective placement being handlesd? the reason I ask, is in a recent game, my opponent put his home base objective on the 4th level of a ruin. trying to climb a buliding, 2d6 pick one at a time, meant I could not get to his objective in the 5 turns we played. Maybe it's just me, but I prefer a chance at getting to an objective, and prefer resctrictions to bottom floor only.

See Stormcrow's response above. I have no problem with standard objective deployment, but if there is an overwhelming response on this forum for it to be limited to first and second floors I will consider changing it.

Mission one: Hold the Line: Can both opponents get this by each having 1 non veicle unit in each table quarter? And it just having a unit in the quarter? Not restricted to scoring units?

Both opponents can claim this. Not restricted to scoring units.

Mission 2 - I kinda like bonus kill points for shooting down flyers. Would make a repeat of facing off against a 6 vendetta list more enjoyable.
Are all secondary objectives all worth 1 point each?

yes, all are worth 1 pt each.

I like the missions. For the last one, Fast Recon and Heavy Metal are listed. Does this mean that Fast and Heavy choices are just scoring or do they also give up a victory point when destroyed? I vote for the former to keep the scoring even across all games but wanted to clarify before this weekend.

Here's what I saw/remember

1 | Andrew G | 79 | 39 | 29 | 40 | Classic Champ - Necrons & Tau
2 | David Z | 67 | 31 | 10 | 26 | Classic General Chaos Demons w/ Chaos Marines Allies
3 | Tony | 63 | 23 | 34 | 35 | Classic Painter
4 | Steve B | 63 | 23 | 32 | 30
5 | Rob | 60 | 20 | 15 | 40 | Classic Sportsman - (Space Wolf?)
6 | Will C | 60 |28 | 16 |26
7 | Steve O | 54 | 14 | 15 | 35 |Random Winner - Black Templar
8 | Danny | 52 | 19 | 3 | 35 - Think this was one of the Dark Eldar Players
9 | Jamison | 52 | 12 | 15 | 40
10| Phil | 50 | 17 | 8 | 40 - Necrons w/ Chaos Marine Allies
11| Katie | 47 | 14 | 3 | 35 - Orks
12| Jeff W | 46 | 13 | 8 | 35
13| Marcus | 43 | 10 | 3 | 30
14| Dan C | 37 | 4 | 3 | 35 | Dead Ass Last - Space Marines ( think this was the 3 Land Raider list)

It was kinda odd. I don't remember any IG showing up. I don't remember seeing any Grey Knights (there may have been some henchmen but I didn't see any actual GK).

Only 3 armies had fliers. I had a Heldrake, 1 Dark Eldar Player had the bomber and Katie (Ork) had 2x Dakka jets.
I didn't see any Vendettas or any Necron Fliers.

Actually two lists I fought had the DE flyer, so that makes four if I'm not mistaken. Game two and three had that DE bomber for me.
